Game Squares is an online entertainment platform where players use tokens to claim squares on a grid. Each grid contains up to 100 squares. When all squares are claimed, two winning coordinates (X and Y) are drawn at random. The player whose square matches those coordinates wins the token pot prize.

Multiple games are open at any time, each with different token costs and grid sizes. You can participate in as many games as you like and hold multiple squares per game (subject to any per-game limits).

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and play. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

Game Squares is not available in jurisdictions where participation in such activities is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation is legal where you reside.

Yes. A free account is required to purchase tokens and claim squares. Registration is free and only requires an email address. You can also sign in with a Microsoft account.

Game Squares uses two in-platform currencies:

• Tokens — purchased with real money or earned through daily logins, subscriptions, and referrals. Used to claim squares in games. Winners receive the token pot prize.
• Gems — earned by paid subscribers (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) converting tokens. Used to claim squares in Prize Games.

Gems are earned by converting tokens at Account → Convert. Token-to-gem conversion requires an active paid subscription (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). The conversion rate depends on your tier:

• Silver — 450 tokens per gem
• Gold — 400 tokens per gem
• Platinum — 350 tokens per gem

Gems are used to claim squares in Prize Games — special games where the winner receives a real physical or electronic prize instead of a token payout. Prize Games require an active subscription (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Navigate to the Prize Games tab to see currently available prize games.

Navigate to Account → Purchase Tokens. Select a token package and click Checkout. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page where you can pay with:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
• Apple Pay or Google Pay (where supported)

Once your payment is confirmed, tokens are credited to your account instantly and you are returned to the platform.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Your card details are never transmitted to or stored on Game Squares servers.

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Once tokens have been credited to your account they may not be reversed, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while the matter is investigated.

Yes. Stripe sends an automatic payment confirmation email to the address associated with your payment method. Contact us if you need a transaction record.

Subscriptions are optional monthly memberships that unlock gem conversion, provide token bonuses, better gem conversion rates, and pack purchase bonuses. Token games are available to all users; Prize Games and gem conversion require an active subscription.

There are three subscription tiers:

• Silver ($4.99/mo) — 100 bonus tokens on signup & renewal, 450:1 token→gem rate, +10% on pack purchases, 3 daily login tokens.
• Gold ($9.99/mo) — 250 bonus tokens on signup & renewal, 400:1 token→gem rate, +15% on pack purchases, 5 daily login tokens.
• Platinum ($19.99/mo) — 500 bonus tokens on signup & renewal, 350:1 token→gem rate, +20% on pack purchases, 8 daily login tokens.

Free accounts receive 1 daily login token when logging in each day.

Manage your subscription at Account → Subscription.

Your bonus token bundle is credited automatically when you first subscribe and again each time your subscription renews on your billing date. You can check your transaction history to see when credits were applied.

You keep access to your current subscription tier and benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier and tier-restricted games will no longer be accessible. Any tokens or gems you have already earned are yours to keep.

Cancel or manage your subscription at any time via Account → Subscription → Manage / Cancel.

Each game consists of a grid (typically 10×10 = 100 squares). Each square costs a set number of tokens to claim. Once you claim a square it belongs to you for that game.

When all squares have been claimed, the game automatically draws a winning X coordinate and a winning Y coordinate. The player who holds the square at that intersection wins the token pot prize, which is credited to their balance instantly.

Each axis of the grid (X and Y) is assigned a shuffled set of numbers 0–9 at the start of the game. These are hidden until the game resolves. Once all squares are claimed, the platform draws one number for each axis. The square at their intersection is the winner.

The winner receives the token prize set for that game, credited to their balance instantly. Each game's prize is defined when the game is created and is shown on the game listing.

Yes, up to the per-game limit set by the administrator (shown on the game listing). Claiming more squares increases your chances of winning but also increases your token spend.

One-Click Buy is an optional account setting that lets you claim a square with a single click, skipping the confirmation step. You can enable or disable it at any time from the claim confirmation dialog or your account settings.

Once the last square is claimed, winning coordinates are drawn and the winner's token balance is updated automatically and immediately. If the game is set to auto-regenerate, a new identical game may open shortly after.

When you win a game, the token prize is credited to your token balance automatically and immediately. Token winnings can be used in future games or, if you have an active subscription, converted to gems to participate in Prize Games.

Tokens do not have a direct cash value and cannot be withdrawn for real money. However, subscribers (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) can convert tokens to gems and use those gems to participate in Prize Games, where the winner receives a real physical or electronic prize. Your subscription tier also determines how many tokens it takes to earn each gem.

Tax obligations vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your winnings are subject to income tax, gaming tax, or any other levy in your country or region, and to report and pay any amounts owed. Game Squares does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting a local tax professional if you are unsure.

Yes. Log in each day to earn a daily token credit:

• Free accounts — 1 token per day
• Subscribers (any tier) — 2 tokens per day

Daily tokens are credited automatically at midnight UTC each day you are active.

Every account has a unique referral code found at Account → Referrals. Share your referral link with friends and earn token bonuses when they join:

• 25 tokens when a referred friend signs up and confirms their email.
• 100 tokens when that same friend makes their first token purchase.

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.

Go to Account → Referrals to find your referral code and shareable link. Your friend needs to use your link (or enter your code at registration) before confirming their account for the referral to be recorded.

Click Sign In and then select Forgot your password?. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for a limited time.

If you signed up using Microsoft OAuth and do not have a local password set, you can set one via Account → Security → Set Password.

Yes. Go to Account → Personal Data → Delete Account. Deleting your account is permanent and removes all your personal data. Any remaining currency balances will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

Game Squares uses Blazor Server, which maintains a live connection to the server. If you see a "connection lost" banner, click Reload to restore your connection. Your account data and currency balances are always stored server-side and will not be lost.

Prize Games are a special type of grid game where you spend gems to claim squares. When the grid fills, a random winning square is drawn and the winner receives a real prize — a physical item (shipped to your door) or an electronic reward (delivered digitally).

Prize Games require an active subscription (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Free accounts can browse Prize Games but cannot claim squares. Upgrade your account to participate.

First, you need an active subscription (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) — Prize Games are not available to Free accounts. Once subscribed, convert your available tokens to gems from your account page. The conversion rate depends on your subscription tier — Silver converts at 450 tokens per gem, while Platinum subscribers get the best rate of 350 tokens per gem.

No — Prize Games stay open indefinitely until every square on the grid is claimed. Your gems are spent when you claim a square, not held in reserve.

For physical prizes, our team will contact you using your registered account information to arrange shipping. For electronic prizes, delivery details are sent to your registered email address. You'll receive a notification when you win.

Each prize has a fixed quantity. Once all copies have been won, that game is retired and no longer appears in the listing. New prize games are added regularly — keep an eye on the Prize Games tab!
